Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Account Executive to join our security business unit.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Strategic territory or account development
- Tactical execution of the sales development plan identifying and properly qualifying new business opportunities
- Presenting to the executive level of organizations
- Coordinating/preparing needs analysis/scoping initiatives
- Preparing formal proposals leading negotiations coordinating complex decision-making process and overcoming objections to closure
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- 5 years sales experience in all channels of life safety
- Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record
Preferred Qualifications:
- Preferred candidate has extensive experience and a track record of success in the life-safety business.
Base salary range: $80K to $95K with uncapped commissions
