The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company is seeking a Methods Process Analyst (Lead or Senior) to join the Boeing Additive Manufacturing (BAM) organization in Auburn WA.
The selected candidate will be responsible for creating maintaining and training on shop floor capacity plans; creating and maintaining integrated master schedules maintaining detail schedules; providing rational for schedule variance; tracking of parts through the project lifecycle; maintaining factory layout designs; optimizing new and existing equipment placement in the factory floor plans; process improvements; and optimizing factory flow.
Position Responsibilities:
Manage use of approved processes and coordinates integration of changes to processes.
Develop forecast acquisition and utilization plans to optimize resources supporting long term company initiatives and program business.
Conduct long term business strategy planning by leading the analysis of the current and future business environment.
Act as a consultant to top-level management in the development and support of long-range business performance metrics by analyzing data in order to recommend plan of action.
Present performance data and recommendations to management for resource allocation decisions.
Analyze the impact of process changes to ensure accuracy of budget projections.
Develop plant and equipment layouts capacity plans accident prevention measures sequencing of operations and workflows
Develop and apply labor standards to production orders.
Develop labor hour estimates for complex new or revised production and/or tooling work packages.
Develop integrated tool and production master schedules in support of long-term business plans and strategies.
Act as consultant to senior management both within business units and across the enterprise.
Assist as a subject matter expert to develop plans and actions needed to address complex recovery efforts.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3 years of experience with shop floor capacity planning
3 years of experience monitoring and tracking execution of daily plans and communicating status to all project participants
Experience with Production Schedules and Logic Networks
Experience leading a team
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
9 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience in additive manufacturing
3DX project management application experience
Project Web Application (PWA) experience
Experience (BCA and BDS) working and supporting Quality Management System (QMS)

Summary pay range for lead (level 4): $100300 - $135700
Summary pay range for senior (level 5): $128350 - $173650
