Starbucks Operations Supervisor I
Manage multiple Starbucks locations in Culinary Services on campus; maintains guest service and quality standards by utilizing Residential and Hospitality Services values; assists in staffing; prepares special and periodic financial reports and maintains unit records; forecasts needs and orders product in order to maintain inventory levels; serves as a liaison with guests vendors and University departments and partners; maintains health and safety standards in all operations; maintains Starbucks brand standards and compliance.To assist and oversee student and support employees in the execution of various Barista roles in accordance with Starbucks standards and policies. This includes but is not limited to; training to be Barista certified with additional ongoing Starbucks certifications learning and crafting 100 food and beverage codes and recipes maintaining brand specific equipment retail and food store ordering through various vendors and upkeep of frozen and dry inventory and stock in accordance with health safety and Starbucks quality standards.
Knowledge normally acquired from specialized training such as that acquired in one year of college technical vocational trade or business school; one to three years of related and progressively more responsible or expansive work experience in performing tasks related to the area of employment; and requires one to three years supervisory experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
