Are you passionate about driving transformation through data technology and collaboration Join our Large Power Systems Division (LPSD) Finance Transformation team and help shape the future of financial reporting and analytics. This role offers the opportunity to lead high-impact projects work with cutting-edge tools like PowerBI and Axiom and influence how we deliver insights across the organization.

What Youll Do

As a key member of our transformation team youll:

Lead and support strategic projects to modernize financial reporting tools and processes.
Develop and optimize PowerBI dashboards that drive decision-making across the division.
Manage and enhance Axiom-based reporting processes.
Identify and implement process improvements based on customer feedback and business needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable user-friendly solutions.
Provide training and guidance to foster a culture of continuous learning and digital fluency.
Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

What You Bring

Education & Experience: Bachelors degree in Accounting with 6 years of relevant experience.
Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision
Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems
Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment
Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit receive and accurately interpret ideas information and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors
Managing Multiple Priorities: Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives projects groups or activities making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.

What Sets You Apart

Strong proficiency in PowerBI and Axiom (or SQL); Proven experience developing PowerBI dashboards and working with Axiom or SQL-based reporting tools.
A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
