What youll do
As intake manager you are responsible for managing and structuring the flow of requests feedback and requirements coming from local markets and regions into the Digital Market Content (DMC) team and the Commercial Digital (CD) global product development teams. You act as a central point of contact ensuring that input is collected clarified prioritized and communicated in a transparent way.
Responsibility:
- Capture track and manage requests throughout the CD products and content lifecycles.
- Bring in commercial needs and customer insights to CD global product development ensure global products meet markets demand through structured intake of commercial and user needs.
- Ensure requests are clear complete and aligned with DMC requirements before assigning them to the correct team and communicate clear expectations and targeted implementation to involved stakeholders.
- Analyze incoming requests to identify trends recurring needs and gaps.
- Facilitate intake meetings and support prioritization of requests in collaboration with DMC management and teams.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and deliver stakeholder-centric solutions;

- convey a clear understanding of the level of service the intake function provides
- act when standards are not met
- align business process with stakeholder needs
- maintain transparency towards markets on status and decision-making - Provide material for communication and training to meet stakeholder needs i.e. Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the intake function.
- Own and continuously improve the intake process and supporting tools (ticketing systems intake forms etc.)
- monitor and analyze performance with appropriate metrics to ensure overall quality lead-time and efficiency shortcomings in existing processes systems and procedures.
- lead implementation of new and improved standards and/or use established change management methods to address them.
- Understand the DMC cluster roadmap and OKR plan and how this relates to the broader business plan and the organizations strategy mission and vision; how own role and area contribute to achieving business goals.
- Contribute with own area perspective to the DMC roadmap and OKR plan and status reporting monthly and quarterly.
- Act according to Corporate Policies and directives.
