Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends to generate actionable customer insights
- Support brand teams in defining integrated insights and analytics plans
- Lead and develop a high-performing team for scientific events execution
- Establish and implement standards to ensure quality and compliance
- Align global regional and local scientific event activities
- Define team deliverables and monitor time management
- Drive strategic projects to enhance productivity and competitiveness
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support service needs and execution
Essential Requirements
- Experience working across diverse cultures and global environments
- Proven success in operations management and execution
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams
- Expertise in process design and optimization
- Ability to build trust-based relationships with regional stakeholders
- Demonstrated project management capabilities
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and collaboration
- Fluent in English and Japanese with excellent communication skills
