We are seeking a Concierge to join our downtown Toronto team. This role provides a welcoming and professional presence at the property ensuring exceptional service to tenants visitors and the public. This role is responsible for creating a safe and secure environment supporting property operations and assisting with administrative and property management duties. The Concierge plays a key role in maintaining the propertys standards while facilitating smooth operations and positive tenant experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants visitors and brokers delivering outstanding customer service.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment by monitoring the property taking proactive measures to protect tenants visitors and the premises.
• Conduct tours of vacant spaces in coordination with brokers and prospective tenants.
• Perform administrative tasks including tracking property systems processes and tenant requests.
• Assist with property management duties including supporting capital initiatives and ongoing operational projects.
• Coordinate appointments and access with contractors for landlord and tenant requirements.
• Support communication between tenants property management and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution.

QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES

• Previous experience in customer service security or property management preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional and approachable demeanor.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in sensitive situations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond effectively to emergencies or unexpected situations.
• Basic administrative skills including familiarity with property management systems and office software.
• A proactive service-oriented attitude with a commitment to enhancing tenant experience and property operations.
• Flexibility to work shifts including early mornings evenings or weekends as needed.
