About the role

• Be an Australian Citizen

• Be interested to pursue AGSVA clearance

• Interested to work at various high profile sites in the ACT

• Permanent full-time opportunities paid as per ACT Security Services Award(Level1-5)

• Scholarship enrolment to start a career in security

This fast paced and interesting role offers you the opportunity to contribute positively to the safety and security of all personnel on at site. As a Security Officer you will be responsible for providing customer service of the highest quality through your proactive professional and sound approach. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Conduct patrols both on foot and in vehicles

• Monitoring CCTV footage

• Customer service responding to enquiries

• Granting access and asset protection

Skills & experience

• Intermediate to Advanced IT skills

• Excellent observational and surveillance skills

• Maintain a great personal fitness level

• Attention to detail and ability to follow systems and procedures.

• A good team member who can get in and help out during peak periods
