Description

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced full-time Commercial Property Assistant to assist our portfolio managers in managing multiple buildings in Los Angeles County. Compensation: $27.88-$32.69 per hour

Essential Requirements

Five years of hands-on building management experience.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite-(Outlook Excel Word) and Yardi Voyager.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: budget development the preparation of common areas maintenance reconciliations willingness to understand building systems perform AR and AP functions and interact with vendors and tenants.
Actively engaged in updating and maintaining a variety of spreadsheets contributing to data accuracy.

Qualifications:

Excellent written and oral communication skills
Punctual and dependable
Must have an eye for detail
Highly organized self-starter and must be able to meet demanding deadlines
