We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced full-time Commercial Property Assistant to assist our portfolio managers in managing multiple buildings in Los Angeles County. Compensation: $27.88-$32.69 per hour
Essential Requirements
- Five years of hands-on building management experience.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite-(Outlook Excel Word) and Yardi Voyager.
- Responsibilities include but are not limited to: budget development the preparation of common areas maintenance reconciliations willingness to understand building systems perform AR and AP functions and interact with vendors and tenants.
- Actively engaged in updating and maintaining a variety of spreadsheets contributing to data accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Punctual and dependable
- Must have an eye for detail
- Highly organized self-starter and must be able to meet demanding deadlines
