Geometric Computer Vision Engineer
Full-time Remote (US)
About the Role
We are building technology that teaches machines to see. Using only passive sensors like cameras and IMUs our system delivers dense semantic 3D maps in real timeproviding a fully redundant alternative to LiDAR and radar. Customers across industries such as automotive agriculture healthcare and defense already rely on this breakthrough.
Were looking for a Geometric Computer Vision Engineer to help push the limits of robotic perception. Youll design and implement algorithms for 3D reconstruction visual-inertial odometry and real-time perception while writing production-grade C for high-performance systems. This is an opportunity to work on cutting-edge applied research that ships into production.
What Youll Do
- Design and develop state-of-the-art algorithms for robotic perception and 3D vision.
- Write high-performance C code for GPUs and other platforms.
- Analyze performance failure modes and optimize algorithms for real-world deployment.
- Collaborate within a small high-talent team to build core perception technologies.
- Support recruiting and mentorship as the engineering team expands.
What Were Looking For
- Strong background in computer vision robotics or related fields.
- Advanced C development skills (GPU programming a plus).
- Experience with visual odometry SLAM or 3D reconstruction.
- Balance of applied research and production engineering.
- Must be a US citizen or green card holder (visa sponsorship not available).
- Able to work in PST hours with up to 5% travel.
Why This Role
- Impactful mission: Build vision systems that redefine how machines see and navigate the world.
- Small but mighty team: Your contributions will have an immediate and visible impact.
- Strong foundation: Revenue in place and backed by leading investors.
- Diverse applications: Automotive robotics agriculture healthcare and defense.
