YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:
Flexibility attention to detail and a team spirit are crucial as our National Enrollment Specialist supports the National Enrollment Advisor and network of Admissions Leaders. Heres what you can expect:
- Assisting the National Enrollment advisor in developing and maintaining training content onboarding programs CRM improvements and performance reporting while ensuring regulatory compliance (Title IV FERPA HIPAA etc.)
- Creating training materials and e-learning modules that align with our brand and voice
- Supporting the coordination of virtual and in-person training sessions for admissions staff and ensuring training completion is documented.
- Collecting and recording feedback from staff and forwarding suggestions for review
- Assisting with logistics and content of quarterly virtual enrollment meetings and national training events
- Completing accurate and compliant data entry user documentation training guides and knowledge bases
- Assisting with local and national marketing campaign development and execution
- Creating and distributing a monthly newsletter
- Compiling admissions data from different schools determining trends or patterns identifying gaps and making improvement recommendations
NATIONAL ENROLLMENT AGENT REQUIREMENTS:
- 1 years of experience in admissions training or operations OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Verbal/written communication skills with the ability to clearly present complex information
- Organizational skills time management abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to analyze data use reporting tools and support executive decision-making
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and prioritize tasks
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications
- Ability to travel 10% for training events or site visits
Remote Work Environment
This is a primarily remote position so you need to have a suitable work setup in a quiet environment. Youll need:
- Reliable internet
- Private/confidential workspace
- Ability to use a computer for extended periods use general office equipment and lift 15 lbs.
Preferred Criteria:
- Bachelors degree in education business communications or a related field
- Experience using CRM platforms digital training tools and SIS (student information system) software
- Knowledge of higher education compliance requirements (FERPA HIPAA Title IV etc.)
