Are you a skilled automotive technician with a passion for customer service and a knack for problem-solving Butler Ford is looking for a dedicated Remote Service Technician to join our team! In this role you will be responsible for driving our state-of-the-art remote service van providing exceptional service to our valued customers right at their doorstep.
Position: Remote Service Technician
Responsibilities:
- Drive and operate our fully equipped remote service van.
- Perform on-site maintenance and repairs for a variety of vehicles.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
- Provide top-notch customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of services performed and parts used.
- Collaborate with the main service department to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
- Automotive technician with experience.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
