Job Summary
Have BDC or customer service experience Driven to make 80 calls per day

- Makes customer calls (80 per day) and establishes relationships with sales to secure solid next steps
- Provides an exceptional experience for all customers
- Ability to make calls efficientlyand make customer connections
- Respond quickly to internet phone and live chat inquiries using email scripts and templates
- Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources
- Present options based on customer needs
- Experience with AutoAlert is a HUGE plus
- Background in customer service; BDC Coordinator or related experience
- Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
- Prompt and courteous demeanor
- Positive and hardworking personality
- Strong computer skills
- Valid drivers license
