Auto Ranch is hiring a Remote Experience Coordinator to grow Mobile Services and increase recall completion across five locations. This role combines customer service outbound marketing and service coordination to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Drive new customers through outbound phone calls (daily call count required).
Grow mobile service opportunities and recommend additional services to improve vehicle performance and safety.
Provide accurate work orders to support technician efficiency.
Follow up immediately on inspection findings to generate additional sales opportunities.
Manage recall leads track parts arrival and schedule appointments (1 contact 1 appointment).
Use advanced Excel and shop management tools (TekMetric AutoFlow) for reporting and scheduling.
Collaborate with multiple service managers and front-line staff to support process improvements.
Travel weekly to 2 locations to train support and maintain strong team relationships.
High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum 1 year experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or Service Writer.
Strong customer service skills and phone presence.
Advanced Excel and computer proficiency.
Valid drivers license.
Excellent communication and sales follow-up ability.
Strong organization and multitasking.
Comfort with POS systems Google Docs GoHighLevel and CDK.
