40Were seeking a dedicated Health Care Records Representative to join our team! You will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and accessible patient medical records.
What Will You Do
Day-to-day you will be responsible for a variety of duties that support the timely collection distribution analysis completion and availability of the patient health care records to assist with continuity of care while maintaining quality standards of data. You will collect paperwork from various inpatient units and scan these patient documents into Epic; such paperwork could entail consent forms admission paperwork transfers from the ER and other medical records.
Whats Available
1.0 FTE - 40 hours/ week
Schedule: Monday-Friday days with the occasional weekend coverage. There is an ability to shift to a hybrid basis after about 6 months of training. After training the hybrid schedule would require you to work onsite for 2-3 days a week and allow for a few days a week to work remotely from home.
Location: Primarily onsite at our Onalaska WI Support Services Building; based on business needs may need to provide support at our Main Campus in La Crosse.
Starting pay of $16.50 based on relevant work experience
What Do You Need
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Epic knowledge is preferred but not required
Comfortable working independently
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Valid Drivers License Required
