AI Product Engineer
Full-time Hybrid New York
About this role
Were seeking exceptional AI Product Engineers who can operate at the intersection of cutting-edge AI technology and real-world business impact. This isnt about building demos or proofs-of-concept youll own the end-to-end development of production AI systems serving real customers at scale from day one.
This role is ideal for builders who thrive in fast-moving environments can balance technical depth with product sense and want to see their work deployed into mission-critical use cases across industries.
Who you are:
Technical Excellence
- 5 years building AI production systems with strong engineering fundamentals.
- Comfortable across the stack: infrastructure (Kubernetes cloud) backend (Python FastAPI) and frontend (React TypeScript).
- Hands-on with modern AI/ML frameworks and GenAI deployment patterns.
- Proven track record of shipping products at scale.
Execution Velocity
- Ability to ship fast without sacrificing quality.
- Experience in high-growth startups or similarly fast-paced environments.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration.
- Strong opinions loosely held can make decisions with incomplete information.
Product & Business Acumen
- Intuition for what makes products valuable to users.
- Skilled at translating technical complexity into business value.
- Experience working with customers and stakeholders directly.
- Understanding of enterprise software dynamics is a plus.
Mindset & Drive
- Deep enthusiasm for AI and AI-first ways of working.
- Hunger to build products that matter not just interesting tech.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $200K $250K (based on location qualifications experience)
- Bonus: 50% cash bonus
- Equity: Competitive
