Job Skills / Requirements
Security Officers for Gardens Communities serve as Courtesy Patrol (CPs). CPs are expected to utilize Silvertrac software on the site phone(s) provided while responding to security related tasks that originate from Gardens Dispatch. CPs are responsible for maintaining communication with Gardens Dispatch and completing two tasks per hour or one task per thirty minutes. CPs are also responsible for responding to system generated tasks in addition to dispatch originated tasks.
- MUST POSSESS AN ACTIVE BSIS GUARD CARD
- MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AND CLEAN DRIVING HISTORY
- MUST BE 21 YEARS OR OLDER
- MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
- MUST HAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS
- MUST HAVE STRONG VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION
- MUST PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK AND RANDOM DRUG TESTS
- MUST WRITE AND SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH
- FAIR HOUSING TRAINING PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED
