Butler Ford a leading dealership in the automotive industry is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Auto Body Estimator to join our dedicated team. If you have a passion for vehicles and a knack for providing excellent customer service this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate vehicle damage to provide accurate repair estimates.
- Collaborate with technicians and service advisors to determine the best repair solutions.
- Prepare detailed estimates using industry-standard software.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain repair processes and costs.
- Ensure compliance with insurance and dealership policies.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of vehicle makes models and repair procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an auto body estimator or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of auto body repair processes and techniques.
- Proficient in estimating software (e.g. CCC ONE Mitchell).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Valid drivers license.
