Job Summary

Position: Commercial Electrical Estimator

Location: Clark County NV

A long-standing contractor is seeking a skilledCommercial Electrical Estimatorto join their growing team. This opportunity offers a stable long-term career growth with a company that prioritizes quality client relationships and rewarding performance.

About the Role:

In this role youll be responsible for managing the full estimating lifecyclefrom bid preparation and proposal development to maintaining relationships with general contractors and clients.

What Makes This Opportunity Unique:

Compensation:$95-105K base salary PLUS profit-sharing and commission
Schedule:Monday through Friday
Autonomy:Estimators manage their own booksales estimating client outreach and proposals
Project Scope:Mid-to-large scale commercial builds

Tools Youll Use:

PlanSwift (for counts and measurements)
Accubid
Bluebeam
Dedicated office space provided onsite

Travel Expectations:

Primarily local site visits (within a 25-mile radius; company vehicle provided)

Preferred Background:

Commercial electrical estimating experience
In-depth knowledge of NEC and general commercial construction practices
Prior hands-on electrical or field experience is highly valued
Comfortable interfacing with GCs and clients directly
