Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Financial Accountant for our legal entity in Rayong Thailand. The future incumbent will mainly manager the AR (Accounts Receivable) and Fixed Asset accounts and ensure that all transactions are accurate.
On a day-to-day base this role will be responsible for:
- Handling a full set of accounts (AR Fixed Assets reconciliation of revelant accounts and journal entries)
- Preparation of the information for month-end closing quarterly closing and year-end closing reports
- Preparing and providing the support documents to internal and external auditors ensuring the compliance to legal local and corporate requirements
- Preparation and submission of VAT and TAX (.30) P.N.D. 1 P.N.D. 3. P.N.D 53 . 36. PND 54
- Handling of the cash inflow forecast
- Verification of the correctness of the collection documents and process
- Record keeping of the companys Fixed Assets as well as conducting physical counts
- Support other departments with the Finance and Accounting expertise and constantly look for ways how to improve the work and increase the efficiency
- Providing support to the Finance Manager and handling of ad-hoc tasks
The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications and skills:
- Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting and a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in an Accounting role
- Very good IT skills inculding Microsoft Office MAC-5
- Fluency in Thai and English
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
- High attention to detail accurate ability to handle timelines and manage multiple tasks at the same time
- Logical thinking and the ability to analyze data
