We are looking for a Data Analystto join our Data Analysis Wing supporting business decisions through data-driven insights. The role involves collecting analyzing and interpreting operational and business data to improve efficiency productivity and performance across manufacturing plants.
Key Responsibilities:
The company is a leading player in the cattle feed and animal nutrition industry HQ in Sirindh Punjab with over two decades of trusted presence across India. The company operates multiple modern manufacturing facilities producing a wide range of high-quality cattle feed products tailored to enhance livestock health productivity and farmer profitability.
The group is fast expanding and setting up multiple state-of-the-art Industrial plants manufacturing Animal Feed across India. With a strong legacy and a focus on quality and efficiency the company is expanding its operations in Punjab Gujarat and Kashipur and other states in future.

About the Role:

- Collect clean and validate data from multiple sources (production sales supply chain finance).
- Analyze plant operations quality and business performance data to identify trends and variances.
- Develop dashboards MIS reports and KPIs for management review.
- Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with business excellence supply chain finance and plant teams.
- Ensure accuracy integrity and security of data at all times.
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Statistics Mathematics Data Science Engineering or related field.
- 25 years experience in data analysis / MIS / business analyticspreferably in FMCG agro or process industries.
- Strong skills in MS Excel SQL Power BI / Tableau(or similar tools).
- Ability to present complex data in clear actionable insights.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
