Were looking for a Master Technician (A Tech) who can take the lead in our shop. The ideal candidate is highly skilled self-motivated and capable of working independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment. At our full-service facility youll have the opportunity to showcase your expertise and contribute to a culture of success.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough safety and courtesy inspections on vehicles.
- Accurately diagnose mechanical issues using visual inspection and diagnostic equipment.
- Conduct tests on parts and systems to ensure proper function.
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance including oil changes tune-ups and tire services.
- Repair or replace malfunctioning systems such as brakes belts pumps transmissions and engines.
- Utilize welding knowledge when needed.
- Test drive vehicles to confirm proper repairs.
- Lead the shop team toward success by setting high standards of performance and professionalism.
- Complete all work efficiently and with attention to quality.
Qualifications
- ASE certification preferred (but not required).
- Extensive knowledge of all aspects of vehicle repair and maintenance.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with computer diagnostic equipment and software.
- Ability to work efficiently while delivering quality results.
- Ability to read and follow service manuals repair manuals and work orders.
- Valid drivers license required.
