Job Summary

Pay Range:

$26.80 - $40.20

A successful candidates actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience skills training certifications and education.

Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Coordinator-Facilities to join our team. Responsible for managing the preventative and corrective maintenance for the HSHS corporate facilities. This role works closely with Facilities leadership to plan implement and coordinate the work activity of the area to accomplish goals and objectives. Responsible for all functions of facilities and maintenance that guarantees the highest quality maintenance services and protects the investment of the facilities and related equipment in the most cost effective and efficient manner.

Education Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited technical school program in power plant operation heating air conditioning and refrigeration machine shop practice or basic electricity is School Diploma or equivalent and 3 years of experience in power plant operation heating air conditioning and refrigeration machine shop practice basic electricity or related field may be accepted in lieu of an accredited technical degree.

Experience Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in oversite or management of power plant operations heating air conditioning and refrigeration machine shop practice basic electricity large data center utilities complex electrical and back up systems or related field is required.(This experience level is required in addition to the experience that would be required in lieu of education if colleague does not meet the technical degree requirement.)

Certifications Licenses and Registrations

  • Illinois State UST operators license is required.
  • If unlicensed must obtain Illinois State UST operators license within six (6) months of hire date.
  • AMA Management or equivalent management training is preferred.
