Qualifications
As a Compliance Agent you will have the responsibility of...
- Patrolling designatedarea on foot golf cart or truck to identify vehicles without proper payment or permission
- Issuing citations (tickets) on vehicles in violation of parking rules
- Responding promptly to assist customers process payments report incidentsand remove boots
- Conducting lot audits and car counts at designated locations and times
- Utilizingexcellent time management report writing and communication skills with all personnel
- Monitoring condition of equipment and notify management of malfunctions and repair needs
As a Compliance Agent you will need...
- Proficiencywith computers and mobile applications
- Ability to bend and lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout shifts
- Flexible availability
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions for the duration of the entire shift
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time
