You will drive the alignment between business and IT enabling process improvements and digital transformation across CWS Hygiene. Your work will help shape scalable efficient and future-ready solutions that support our strategic goals.
As an IT Business Analyst you will be the bridge between business needs and IT capabilities. You will identify opportunities for process advancement translate business requirements into functional specifications and support the development and deployment of innovative solutions. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across departments to ensure successful project outcomes and contribute to the continuous improvement of our digital landscape.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting alignment of strategic business objectives with IT goals
Participating in ideation business case creation and IT investment proposals
Mapping business processes and documenting user stories and requirements
Facilitating workshops product demos and user acceptance testing
Driving change management and training activities
Maintaining solution data in the Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
Supporting business continuity disaster recovery and IT governance processes

We are looking for:
At least 6 years of experience in IT project management (Waterfall/Agile)
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM D365 CRM & ERP OTC and E-Invoicing
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
Experience in business process analysis and change management
Ability to translate business needs into IT requirements and vice versa
Proficiency in English (business level); German is a plus
Willingness to travel within Germany; ideally based in Dreieich
Experience with tools like SAP CPQ PLM and CMS (Sitecore) is a plus
Certifications in Agile Scrum or Business Analysis preferred
Masters Degree in IT or related field
