Job Summary
We are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist (m/f/d) - Export to join our team.
- Processing of client enquiries and orders
- Preparation and follow-up of trade fairs and training courses as well as participation if necessary
- Customer advice regarding assortment
- Coordination of production & delivery dates
- Constant contact with field staff service staff accounting and other departments
- Ensuring the legally compliant shipment of dangerous goods
- Preparation of all export documents
- Professional experience in sales preferably in the bicycle or sports sector
- Ideally German as your native language or comparable language skills
- Very good English skills
- Convincing communication skills / good conversational tone
- Organizational talent
- Ability to work in a team
- Resilience and assertiveness
- Ability to work independently
- Basic technical understanding
- Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
