About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic English Teacher to join a prestigious Grammar School in Cambridge. You will teach English Language and Literature across KS3KS5 helping students to excel academically while nurturing creativity communication and a love of literature.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with highly motivated and talented learners in a selective school setting. The successful candidate will also contribute to enrichment activities such as debating creative writing and theatre productions which are central to the schools cultural life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver English Language and Literature across KS3KS5.
- Prepare students for GCSE and A-Level examinations.
- Contribute to enrichment activities such as debating drama and writing clubs.
- Monitor progress and provide feedback to raise attainment.
- Collaborate on curriculum innovation and departmental projects.

The school has approximately 1100 students including 300 in the sixth form and consistently achieves excellent results in English.
