EYFS Teacher Responsibilities
Plan prepare and deliver lessons and activities appropriate for EYFS children.
Foster a safe inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
Observe assess and record childrens development providing feedback to parents and colleagues.
Implement strategies to support individual learning needs and developmental milestones.
Promote positive behaviour and social skills through consistent guidance and encouragement.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop resources and share best practices.
Participate in staff meetings professional development and school events as required.
EYFS Teacher Requirements
Bachelors degree in Education or a related field.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching in the EYFS or Early Years setting.
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework child development and assessment methods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create engaging hands-on learning experiences.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
Flexibility and teamwork skills to contribute effectively to a collaborative environment.
