Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive SENCO to join our welcoming and ambitious Independent School in Buckinghamshire. This is a permanent part-timerole starting January 2026 offering the opportunity to lead and enhance the schools Special Educational Needs provision.
Key Information
- Position: SENCO

- Contract Type: Permanent Part-Time
- Working Pattern: 3 days per week Term Time Only
- Salary: MPS/UPS SENCO Allowance (dependent on experience)
- Suitable for: Experienced SENCOs or aspiring leaders with SEND expertise
About the Role
As an experienced and reflective SENCO you will lead the schools SEN provision ensuring high-quality support for all pupils. The successful candidate will embrace the responsibilities of a SENCO working closely with colleagues parents and external agencies to maximise pupil outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the schools SEN provision as a SENCO
- Support and challenge pupils with additional needs
- Advise and guide staff on inclusive teaching strategies as a SENCO
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues parents and external professionals
- Contribute to the schools ethos of high expectations achievement and care
