About the Role
As an experienced and reflective SENCO you will lead the schools SEN provision ensuring high-quality support for all pupils. The successful candidate will embrace the responsibilities of a SENCO working closely with colleagues parents and external agencies to maximise pupil outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the schools SEN provision as a SENCO
- Support and challenge pupils with additional needs
- Advise and guide staff on inclusive teaching strategies as a SENCO
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues parents and external professionals
- Contribute to the schools ethos of high expectations achievement and care
