- Work collaboratively with colleagues across KS2 to plan share resources and drive school improvement.
- Maintain effective communication with parents and carers to support pupil outcomes.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school through CPD team meetings and enrichment activities.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) essential.
- Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum ideally with experience in Year 5.
- Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage and inspire learners.
- A reflective organised and motivated approach to teaching.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
