About the Computing Department:
The Computing Department is a collaborative and supportive team dedicated to fostering a deep understanding of Computing in students. Learners consistently achieve excellent results and the school is looking for a teacher who can contribute to this success. Staff are encouraged to pursue professional development and to embrace innovative teaching practices.
Responsibilities:
Teach Computing across KS3 and KS4 with KS5 as an option.
Contribute to curriculum planning and development.
Assess grade and monitor student progress effectively.
Undertake pastoral care and form tutor responsibilities.
Qualifications and Experience:
Degree in Computing or a related subject.
PGCE or QTS.
Experience teaching Computing at KS3/4.
ECTs are encouraged to apply.
