Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and inspiring Year 4 Teacher to join our dynamic and welcoming Primary School in Croydon. This is a permanent role starting October half term 2025 offering the opportunity to guide pupils through an important stage of their Key Stage 2 learning.
Key Information
- Position: Year 4 Teacher

- Contract Type: Permanent
- Working Pattern: Full Time Term Time Only
- Salary: MPS/UPS (dependent on experience)
- Suitable for: Experienced or Early Career Teachers (ECTs welcome)
About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative teacher to join our upper KS2 team. As a Year 4 Teacher you will plan and deliver engaging lessons that challenge pupils build confidence and foster a love of learning. You will play a pivotal role in preparing children for the later stages of Key Stage 2.
The successful candidate will embrace the responsibilities of a Year 4 Teacher working closely with colleagues parents and carers to ensure every pupil reaches their full potential academically socially and emotionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons as a Year 4 Teacher
- Support and challenge pupils of all abilities to excel
- Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment as a Year 4 Teacher
- Collaborate with colleagues parents and the wider school community
- Contribute to the schools ethos of ambition high standards and achievement
