Experience and Qualifications
Qualified Music Teacher with QTS (PGCE or equivalent)
Strong subject knowledge across performance composition and theory
Ability to direct ensembles choirs and orchestras as part of the extracurricular programme
Knowledge of music technology and composition software desirable
Effective classroom management and a passion for inspiring creativity in young people
Excellent organisational and communication skills with a collaborative approach
