About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Early Career Teacher (ECT) of Physical Education to join a lively and supportive secondary school in Essex. The successful candidate will teach PE across KS3KS4 with opportunities to contribute to extracurricular sports teams clubs and competitions. This is an excellent opportunity for a PE ECT to launch their career with strong mentoring and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach high-quality PE lessons across KS3KS4.
Encourage students to develop a passion for fitness health and sport.
Organise and support extracurricular clubs fixtures and competitions.
Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop PE curriculum and enrichment activities.
Engage with the ECT induction programme to build confidence and expertise.

A degree in Physical Education Sports Science or a related field.
QTS (or pending) with Early Career Teacher status.
