Year 5 Teacher Responsibilities
- Plan deliver and assess engaging lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum.
- Track pupil progress carefully setting high expectations for all.
- Support children in developing resilience curiosity and confidence.
- Collaborate with colleagues across KS2 to share best practice.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school in Richmond from assemblies to after-school clubs.
Year 5 Teacher Requirements
- QTS and proven experience as a Year 5 Teacher or KS2 teacher.
- Strong subject knowledge across core areas.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- A reflective and collaborative approach to teaching.
- Dedication to supporting pupil progress and wellbeing.
