Duties and Responsibilities:

VIP Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP players across Telegram live chat and email.
• Provide proactive engagement anticipating client needs and delivering an exceptional player journey.

Player Retention & Engagement:

• Design and oversee retention strategies to increase player activity loyalty and lifetime value.
• Develop and deliver personalized offers bonuses and incentives tailored to player profiles and behaviors.

Client Service Excellence:

• Serve as the first point of escalation for VIP queries ensuring rapid issue resolution and seamless support.
• Coordinate with internal teams (support operations payments and marketing) to ensure VIPs receive frictionless service.

Insights & Feedback:

• Capture and communicate feedback on player preferences behaviors and trends to improve products promotions and service delivery.
• Partner with marketing and operations teams to refine BlockBet s VIP strategies and enhance the overall gaming experience.

Brand Advocacy:

• Act as a trusted ambassador for BlockBet promoting our community-driven Web3-powered brand while representing player interests internally.

• Proven experience in VIP hosting customer success account management or iGaming support (casino and/or sportsbook experience strongly preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; personable client-centric and able to build trust quickly.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations discreetly.
• Familiarity with live-chat and community tools (e.g. Telegram Discord Zendesk Intercom etc.).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced global environment managing multiple VIP accounts simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts including evenings and weekends to provide global coverage.
• Interest in sports gaming and/or Web3/crypto is a plus.
