Our client is looking for a driven Management Accountant who thrives on analysis collaboration and helping a business make smarter decisions. If you enjoy turning numbers into clear strategies and guiding teams with financial clarity this opportunity is for you.
Youll be at the heart of the finance function leading management reporting budgeting and forecasting cycles. Your work will directly influence business decisions and improve efficiency across support service departments. Beyond the numbers youll collaborate with stakeholders contribute to long-term planning and see your impact in action.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Lead monthly financial reporting for support services cost centres ensuring accuracy and insight.
Assist with budgeting and three-year plan consolidation preparing final submissions.
Support forecasting and ad hoc financial investigations providing clear analysis to stakeholders.
Review and report on actual expenditure monitoring exceptions and ensuring financial compliance.
Prepare and present financial information to aid business decision-making.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

BCom and CA(SA) CIMA or ACCA preferred.
Minimum 5 years post-articles general accounting experience; management accounting in retail advantageous.
Leadership experience desirable.
Advanced Microsoft Office / G-suite proficiency; strong analytical numerical and presentation skills.
Excellent communication and time management essential.
High energy performance-driven accurate and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
