Position Overview:
We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machinists to join our team in Clearwater FL. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in hard tooling tight tolerances and multi-axis machining. As a CNC Machinist you will play a critical role in ensuring high-precision parts are produced efficiently accurately and to exact specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up operate and program CNC machines including multi-axis equipment to produce parts within exact tolerances.
Work with hard tooling and ensure parts meet rigorous specifications and quality standards.
Perform precision measurements using micrometers calipers and other inspection tools to verify accuracy.
Read and interpret blueprints process sheets and technical drawings.
Monitor machine performance troubleshoot issues and adjust as necessary to maintain optimal output.
Maintain proper documentation of work performed inspections and machine adjustments.
Collaborate with engineering quality and production teams to ensure seamless workflow and on-time delivery.
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean organized work area.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 5 years of experience as a CNC Machinist.
Strong background with tight tolerance machining (down to microns preferred).
Experience with multi-axis machining centers (3- 4- or 5-axis).
Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical documents.
Hands-on experience with hard tooling and precision components.
Skilled in using precision measuring instruments (micrometers calipers gauges etc.).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications preferred.
