Position Overview:
We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machinists to join our team in Clearwater FL. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in hard tooling tight tolerances and multi-axis machining. As a CNC Machinist you will play a critical role in ensuring high-precision parts are produced efficiently accurately and to exact specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up operate and program CNC machines including multi-axis equipment to produce parts within exact tolerances.

  • Work with hard tooling and ensure parts meet rigorous specifications and quality standards.

  • Perform precision measurements using micrometers calipers and other inspection tools to verify accuracy.

  • Read and interpret blueprints process sheets and technical drawings.

  • Monitor machine performance troubleshoot issues and adjust as necessary to maintain optimal output.

  • Maintain proper documentation of work performed inspections and machine adjustments.

  • Collaborate with engineering quality and production teams to ensure seamless workflow and on-time delivery.

  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean organized work area.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 5 years of experience as a CNC Machinist.

  • Strong background with tight tolerance machining (down to microns preferred).

  • Experience with multi-axis machining centers (3- 4- or 5-axis).

  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical documents.

  • Hands-on experience with hard tooling and precision components.

  • Skilled in using precision measuring instruments (micrometers calipers gauges etc.).

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications preferred.
