This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented highly organized and thrives in a fast-paced consultancy environment. Youll play a critical part in ensuring smooth operations across sales activities client documentation staffing coordination and CRM accuracy while collaborating with multiple teams to deliver excellent client experiences.

WHAT YOULL DO
Coordinate Sales Activities Manage pipeline tasks schedule sales calls and track follow-ups with net new and existing clients.
Client Acumen Join client calls to capture requirements scoping needs requisitions and action items.
Cross-Collaborate Staffing Requirements Work with internal teams to ensure projects are staffed appropriately.
Support Client Agreements Draft update and maintain service agreements ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Maintain CRM Accuracy Keep detailed records of opportunities client interactions contracts and pipeline updates.
Collaborate Across Teams Partner with Sales Solutions Delivery and Leadership for smooth client handoffs.
Track & Report Metrics Monitor lead generation meetings booked and pipeline health.
Growth Path Over time take on responsibilities for identifying upsell cross-sell and renewal opportunities.
3 years of experience in sales support client services or business operations.
Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English (C1 level or above).
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot Salesforce or similar).
Strong attention to detail and ability to document client requirements accurately.
Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Familiarity with emerging technologies or consultancy environments.
