What youll do
At Frekuent were not just building payment solutions were creating seamless experiences that move businesses and customers forward. As our Finance Intern youll be part of the Finance team helping us build a solid accurate and process oriented department. This role is about learning from different tasks within the finance department like accounting financial planning and cash flow analysis.
What youll be doing:
Provide support with tasks related to monthly closing such as invoice recording assist in cost analysis and help with detailed cash flows.
Provide support in the annual business plan process by assisting in the creation of templates to be shared with the leaders of different areas subsequent consolidation comparison and follow-up.
Support in ad hoc projects that may arise within the finance team and in collaboration with other teams such as Sales or Ops.
Contribute to process documentation to ensure clarity and consistency across Finance operations.
Who were looking for
Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Accounting Economics or a related field.
Availability: Able to commit to a 40-hour workweek.
Process-oriented and analytical profile.
Attention to details and improving efficiency.
Comfortable using Excel and Google Drive Tools
Fluent in both Spanish & English with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Takes accountability and consistently owns the outcome throughout the process.
Embraces feedback as an opportunity for growth.
Naturally proactive always looking for ways to move projects forward.
Comfortable speaking up and proposing bold creative ideas that add value.
While its not required its an added plus if you also have:
Accounting and Month End Closing
Experience with ERPs
