This is a high-exposure generalist role where youll work directly with our founders and leadership team across multiple projects from business operations to sales initiatives and help us scale our impact in the skilled trades sector.
Responsibilities
- Support the founders and leadership team in day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives
- Take ownership of special projects across Operations Recruiting Product or Growth depending on your strengths and interests
- Drive key responsibilities including people leadership and team management
- Prepare presentations analyses and decision-making materials for internal and external stakeholders
- Build expertise in process design and end-to-end automation
- Be where youre needed most flexible pragmatic and hands-on
What you bring
- Excellent German skills (C2 level)
- Initial experience in startups consulting venture capital private equity investment banking or a comparable environment
- You are curious eager to learn and want to actively shape different functions of a company
- You handle uncertainty with confidence and tackle new challenges hands-on and proactively
- You work in a structured way communicate clearly and persuasively and are a true team player
