Job Description

Tasks
- Development and implementation of firmware for embedded systems with requirements from the industrial and automotive sectors
- Development of software architecture in coordination with other departments
- Independent technical management of development projects taking into account time costs and quality
- Organization and implementation of reviews and approval of new software releases
- Technical management and further development of software team members
- Active introduction of new methods and process improvements
Requirements
- Degree in computer science software engineering telematics electrical engineering mechatronics etc.
- Several years of experience in the field of firmware development for complex mechatronic systems
- Experience in the implementation of safety-critical software in the industrial and/or automotive environment (ISO26262 IEC61508)
- Experience with AUTOSAR and/or ASPICE is an advantage
- Entrepreneurial thinking and a strongly solution-oriented approach
- Strong team and communication skills
- Independent systematic and self-reliant way of working
