Job Description

Role: Senior DevOps Engineer with Banking domain exp.

Location: NYC NY

Duration: Long term contract

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
  • 10 years of experience in DevOps SRE or related roles preferably in finance or banking sectors.
  • Proven expertise with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins GitLab CI Azure DevOps or similar.
  • Strong experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform CloudFormation or Ansible.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages like Bash Python or PowerShell.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms-Azure AWS and GCP-and hybrid environments.
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker Kubernetes and OpenShift.
  • Deep understanding of monitoring logging and alerting tools (e.g. Prometheus Grafana ELK Stack).
  • Familiarity with security best practices compliance standards (e.g. PCI DSS GDPR) and audit requirements for banking.
  • Excellent troubleshooting problem-solving and communication skills.
