Job Description
Role: Senior DevOps Engineer with Banking domain exp.
Location: NYC NY
Duration: Long term contract
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- 10 years of experience in DevOps SRE or related roles preferably in finance or banking sectors.
- Proven expertise with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins GitLab CI Azure DevOps or similar.
- Strong experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform CloudFormation or Ansible.
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Bash Python or PowerShell.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms-Azure AWS and GCP-and hybrid environments.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker Kubernetes and OpenShift.
- Deep understanding of monitoring logging and alerting tools (e.g. Prometheus Grafana ELK Stack).
- Familiarity with security best practices compliance standards (e.g. PCI DSS GDPR) and audit requirements for banking.
- Excellent troubleshooting problem-solving and communication skills.
