Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer to design develop and maintain high-performance scalable and reliable applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams mentor junior developers and play a key role in shaping technical solutions for complex business problems.
Key Responsibilities-
Design develop test and deploy Java-based applications with strong focus on performance and scalability.

Work with product owners architects and other developers to define technical requirements and deliver solutions.

Develop and maintain RESTful APIs microservices and backend components.

Ensure code quality through best practices code reviews and automated testing.

Troubleshoot debug and optimize applications in production.

Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments.

Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.

6 years of hands-on experience in Java development.

Strong expertise in Java 8/11 Spring Framework (Spring Boot Spring MVC Spring Data) and Hibernate/JPA.

Experience with REST APIs microservices architecture and messaging systems (Kafka RabbitMQ or similar).

Proficiency in relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL MySQL MongoDB etc.).

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP) and containerization tools (Docker Kubernetes).

Strong understanding of design patterns data structures and algorithms.

Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

Exposure to frontend technologies (Angular React or ).

Experience with distributed systems caching frameworks (Redis) and performance tuning.

Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and in team settings.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
