Job Summary

Job Title: Program Manager

Client: NIH

Duration: Full Time

Responsibilities:-

Manager and accountable for all staff supporting this SOW
Manages day-to-day operations of the entire IT Support team (BIR and ITOTS) ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and that projects and deliverables are completed on time
Provides project management for IT Support roadmap projects and deliverables
Assists the Chief of ITOTS and IT Support Federal Manager and the Chief of BIR Federal Manager to develop and implement IT programs and projects that align with the ITBs strategic goals and objectives
Identify and mitigate risks that could impact the success of IT Support including technical and operational risks
Manage the impact of changing policies and ITB programs including communication training and support for NIMH staff affected by the changes
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the progress and success of IT Support and make data-driven decisions to improve IT Support related program outcomes
Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation driving efficiencies and enhancing IT Support related program outcomes
Identify opportunities to improve processes tools and procedures to enhance efficiency quality and customer satisfaction.
Generate and analyze IT Support performance reports identifying trends areas for improvement and opportunities for optimization.

Desired Qualifications:-

10 years of relevant applicable professional experience
Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university.
Experience with developing and maintaining Strategic Roadmap.
PMP or FAC-PM-II certification
