Baywood Post Acute is a skilled nursing facility (SNF) providing care across regular SNF units memory care and sub-acute units.
Role Overview:
The Speech Therapist will evaluate and treat patients within the SNF setting including memory care and sub-acute populations.
Requirements:

Active California state license (must be current)

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Speech Therapist

EMR experience preferred (system not listed)

No bilingual requirement

No holiday coverage required
