Position Summary

The Dispatcher is part of a scheduling team that is responsible for ensuring client maintains compliance and successfully completes customer generated workload. The role will be responsible for support in administrative job related functions.

Essential Functions

Performing outbound calls to customers to schedule appointments.

Dispatch the technicians and engineers to Tri-State Area for emergency calls

Assisting in updating workforce management systems with weekly/monthly schedules.

Assigning work orders to field crews within workforce management systems.

Pulling service cards and records as needed.

Performing other job-related duties as assigned.
