Our HR department does a great job of celebrating staff- such as popcorn Fridays and frequent celebrations. Our hospital is stroke certified and the majority of our beds are swing bed patients. We are a rehab focused hospital. Our nursing home facility is a 5-star rated facility. Additionally we have 2 out-patient clinics for continuum of additional information that would entice a worker to select your unit for their assignment: Consider items such as new equipment or technology tenure and experience of staff schedule options etc. New rehab gym will break ground this summer and we are currently designing an outdoor gym. Our current rehab gym has all equipment needed but we are ready to expand. The nursing home has a gym as well. Clinicians have full access to both gyms. Show more
