Job Summary

RN- Nurse Manager Medical Telemetry (Rotating Shift)

Location: Margate FL 33063
Shift: 10-hr Variable Shift
Job Type: Permanent Full-Time
Guaranteed Hours: (40 hours/week)
Compensation: (Negotiable based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Direct daily operations of the Medical Telemetry Unit
Supervise coach and support nursing staff including Charge Nurses
Ensure compliance with clinical policies safety standards and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with physicians interdisciplinary teams and leadership to coordinate care
Manage staffing scheduling budgeting and supply chain needs of the department
Monitor patient outcomes and implement performance improvement initiatives
Foster a culture of excellence accountability and compassionate patient care

Qu alifications:

Current Florida RN license or compact licensure eligible under Florida guidelines
Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
BLS Certification Required (or obtained within 30 days of hire)
ACLS Certification Required (or obtained within 30 days of hire)
Minimum 1 year of recent acute care hospital experience
Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Charge Nurse Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) or similar nursing leadership role in an acute care setting
Strong communication critical thinking and leadership skills
