Client Domain: Product-based company specializing in SaaS-based Human Resource Management System (HRMS) applications development that serves for public sector organizations.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise technologies strong database skills and hands-on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks. You will work on designing developing and maintaining enterprise-grade applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Design develop and maintain high-quality applications using .NET () and C#.
Build and optimize complex SQL queries across SQL Server PostgreSQL and MySQL.
Collaborate with front-end teams to integrate React/Angular applications with backend services.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support seamless deployments.
Conduct code reviews ensure best practices and mentor junior developers.
Troubleshoot debug and enhance existing applications for scalability and performance.
Work in an agile remote-first environment while collaborating with international teams.

Requirements

6 years of experience in software development with a focus on .NET () and C#.
Strong expertise in SQL Server PostgreSQL and MySQL.
Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks (React or Angular).
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git Azure DevOps Jenkins etc.).
Solid understanding of software design patterns OOP principles and REST APIs.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with cloud platforms (Azure AWS or GCP).
Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
